As a trauma-informed social worker, I specialize in working with individuals of diverse cultural, racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender identities.
My approach is rooted in anti-oppressive, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive care, ensuring that therapy is accessible, inclusive, and empowering.
I am passionate about bridging the gap between individual healing and systemic change, advocating for equitable mental health access, and supporting clients in cultivating resilience and self-determination.
I acknowledge that I live and work on the unceded lands of the Núuchi (Ute) people, who have stewarded this region for generations. I recognize the deep history, resilience, and ongoing contributions of Indigenous communities in the Southwest, including the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, and Jicarilla Apache Nation. As a social worker, I am committed to honoring Indigenous perspectives, advocating for equitable mental health access, and supporting healing practices that respect cultural traditions. I invite others to reflect on their relationship with the land and engage in meaningful action toward justice and reconciliation.
